SHIPPING POLICY
Most of our products are in stock and ship within 24 hours. These dates are only estimates and can change rapidly as inventory is depleted. You will receive an order confirmation email.
Small Package Shipping
Waterwayparts.com. ships most small packages via USPS and UPS. Small package shipments are those shipments that fall within the physical size and weight limitations of USPS. Most shipments are received within 3 – 5 business days after the order is placed. The time frame does vary however depending on the time of the year.
Generally, you will receive notification from the shipper, UPS for items over 1 pound and USPS for smaller lightweight items. Next Day Air , expedited shipping may not be available in some areas and is not available over weekends or on holidays.
DISCLAIMER: Professional installation is required(not included). Proof of installation by a trained technician is required to validate the factory warranty.

REFUND POLICY
Shipping damage must be reported to Waterwayparts.com immediately. Any damage claims that are more than 3 days past delivery date cannot be refunded or returned.Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from Waterwayparts.com. RETURNED SHIPMENTS NOT HAVING PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE REFUSED THUS RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition in its original packaging with all manuals and warranty card and unused with the exception of defective goods. A 25% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for saleable merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Any item used or installed or damaged in the process are NON-RETURNABLE. Our return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must appear on all cartons.
